Manage routine inspections and upkeep for owned properties, respond to guest-related requests, and support facilities-related guest satisfaction goals. Identify and resolve safety issues; escalate security concerns when appropriate. Maintain orderly and functional tools and equipment. Develop and execute proactive maintenance schedules. Carry out additional assignments as needed by leadership. Qualifications Education & Experience Degree from a college or technical institution preferred. A minimum of five years in a facilities management leadership role; hospitality industry experience is strongly preferred. Holds relevant safety certifications, including CPR and OSHA. Technical & Professional Skills Well-versed in key building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Familiar with architectural processes and operational aspects of hospitality environments. Skilled in standard office software tools and maintenance scheduling platforms. Understanding of local and national code requirements (fire safety, ADA, EPA). Experience managing infrastructure systems (e.g., elevators, water/power/sewer systems). Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) considered an asset. Comfortable taking initiative during emergency or safety events. Strong organizational and communication abilities with a collaborative approach to team leadership. Able to interpret data related to budgets and project costs. Experience mentoring engineering staff and conducting safety audits. We need a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all the duties performed by the Team Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's and Assistant Manager's absence.
