Responsibilities: Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data. Process invoices/bills, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Prepare and distribute vendor invoices, customer statements, and other financial statements according to company procedures. Handle accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices and tax payments. Reconcile accounts with the general ledger. Manage and track the processing of sales invoices, payments, refunds, and the development of reports reflecting the business financial status. Process 1099 and W9 forms and ensure all vendors are set up correctly in the system. Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues. Prepare and present reports on the status of accounts and irregularities to the management. Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and systems. Ensure compliance with all internal processes and legal requirements. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. QuickBooks). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
