Travel to equipment suppliers and other Ford offices as required. Support plant operations team to deliver operating objectives (SQDCME). Perform supervisory duties (objectives, partnership discussions, check-ins, performance reviews, travel requests, timecard approvals, compensation planning) for all personnel assigned.
