Overview Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd. is an established post tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our nine facilities in the US. The Rebar Project Manager / Detailer is responsible for producing accurate rebar detailing and fabrication documents while simultaneously managing all project deliverables for concrete reinforcing steel projects. This role oversees projects from award through closeout, ensuring rebar is detailed, fabricated, delivered, and installed in accordance with structural specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and RebarCAD with hands-on project management experience in concrete reinforcing operations. Responsibilities Manage all project deliverables from pre-constructions through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules Manage cost control, supply and administration of various size Concrete reinforcing projects to our Customers. General Responsibilities: Ensure quality, health and safety and client centered approaches for individuals in community living services. Supervise, support, and train staff as they assist individuals served. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while expanding opportunities for persons served to participate in community life as they choose. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Develop and implement the Individual Service Plan and assist in development of the Plan of Care for each person served. Influence and procure Plan of Care that addresses all client needs and articulates elements to appropriate staff. Responsible for assessment(s), planning, implementation, and review of person-centered support plans for people served. Coordinate the delivery of all services rendered by Benchmark and other providers. Assist people served in expanding their opportunities to participate in community life. Provide on-call direct support and emergency coverage. Participate in the hiring, training and supervision of Team Leaders, Supported Living Managers, and Direct Support Professionals. Schedule staff in accordance with the Plan of Care. Accurate and timely completion of ISPs, client financials, CQA walkthroughs, monthly and daily documentation (logs books, fire and tornado drills, client medical information, MARs, etc.). Be aware of and submit reportable incidents within required time frames. Manage and monitor client finances within required time frames (including checkbooks, RLAs, client financial profiles, etc.). Serve as liaison with external case managers, families, other agencies and internal programs. Work collaboratively with director, nurse, HR, accounting, IT, etc. Maintain employment required documentation (Current D.L. auto insurance, certification (ie. First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration, MANDT, etc.), and training (OSHA, Abuse & Neglect, etc.) as required to comply with federal, state, and program requirements and standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Must maintain good attendance throughout employment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services and one (1) year experience working with developmentally disabled people or five (5) year's experience. Valid driver’s license. Executive Assistant

Our client, a nonprofit performing arts institution located in Harlem, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to cover a medical leave starting on Monday 3/23. This position will serve for 12 weeks with possibility of extension and will operate on a hybrid schedule, Tues-Thurs onsite with M/F remote. between the hours of 10am-6pm. Compensation is up to $36/hr DOE. Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer to ensure efficient management of priorities and communications.
