Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians (approx. 5 direct reports) Drive equipment reliability through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Own and improve PM programs and maintenance systems (CMMS) Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions Manage maintenance budget and align with operational goals Oversee and execute capital and continuous improvement projects Partner with engineering, operations, and external vendors for technical support Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards Support automation and controls troubleshooting, including PLC systems Communicate effectively across production, leadership, and technical teams Qualifications: 10 years of maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment 5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams Strong electrical background with ability to troubleshoot industrial systems Experience with blow molding required Experience in food and beverage or regulated manufacturing environment preferred Strong understanding of preventative maintenance, reliability, and root cause analysis Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred) Experience with CMMS systems (SAP or similar) Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required About the Role: Day shift role with flexibility required based on production needs Leadership position with direct impact on plant performance and uptime Fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment Opportunity to lead improvements in reliability, efficiency, and team development Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $120K–$140K (flexible for strong candidates) Full benefits package
