Office Service Specialist Arden Hills, MN 2 Months The On-Site Services Specialist supports daily office operations including copy/print production, mail services, conference room setup, and general office support. The role involves operating document equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with meeting and hospitality services, and maintaining organized and well-stocked office and breakroom areas. Provides consistent and high quality standard of cleanliness and organization of breakrooms, coffee machines and equipment and water dispensers Key Responsibilities Operate copy, print, and document imaging equipment. Perform binding, finishing, and quality checks on printed materials. Use document imaging and document management systems. Maintain copier functionality, perform daily inspections, and clear paper jams. Maintain service logs, meter readings, and supply inventories. Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes. Apply postage and coordinate shipping and receiving of materials. Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events. Arrange tables, chairs, podiums, and meeting equipment. Support food and beverage service for meetings and events.
