Freeman's Acute Care Surgery Opportunity Seeking to expand our current ACS with an additional surgeon for level II trauma setting You will become part of a well-established team of experienced surgeons, including both acute care and elective general surgery specialists. You'll benefit from a collaborative group of colleagues and a dedicated team of midlevel providers who contribute to a dynamic and supportive practice environment Responsibilities include rounding on Emergency General Surgery patients, providing surgical consultations on emergency room and hospital patients, and perform urgent/emergent surgeries and procedures. Critical Care Fellowship training not required Flexible scheduling, with 10 to 14 shifts per month 12-hour shifts on call, 12 hour back-up call Call coverage on off days will be provided by rotation of surgeons in the existing group and other ACS Surgeon. This is an ACS only position, with no elective surgery responsibilities Outpatient clinic once a week for patient follow-up on the weeks you provide day time coverage Da Vinci Xi available but not required to use ACS does not have to cover vascular cases Epic EMR coming soon!
