Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Quality/Inspection Technician (QC) to support quality operations within a precision machining environment. This hands-on role inspects machined parts, operates and runs CMM inspection programs, verifies compliance with engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, and helps maintain ISO quality standards. The ideal candidate can step into the role with minimal training and partners closely with production to keep manufacturing processes accurate and consistent. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Four (4) or more years of experience in property management, supportive housing, or building operations. Two (2) or more years of supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in 24/7 operations. Experience working with individuals who have experienced homelessness or housing instability. Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 housing operations preferred. Experience partnering with Facilities, Safety, or Behavioral Health teams preferred.
