We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and energetic Caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an individual in West Bend, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone who prioritizes safety, enjoys staying active outdoors, and is committed to making a positive difference in someone's daily life. The individual enjoys spending time outside and staying active. They live on a family apple orchard property and love visiting parks, hiking trails, and other outdoor locations. The ideal caregiver will be comfortable keeping pace with an active individual and encouraging meaningful community engagement. Services will take place in both the home and community settings, focusing on supervision, companionship, and participation in age-appropriate activities. This role requires close supervision due to elopement concerns and involves supporting highly active, social, and imaginative children.
