Seeking a BE/BC general ophthalmologist to join our Division of Ophthalmology. We are seeking a board certified or eligible general ophthalmologist with excellent surgical and clinical skills. The successful candidate will be expected to take part in resident teaching and collaborate with colleagues on clinical, academic, and administrative projects. Research interests are welcomed and supported, though not a requirement for this position. The successful applicant will join a dynamic ophthalmology service with 16 comprehensive and subspecialty ophthalmologists and 8 optometrists. We are a teaching hospital of Tufts University School of Medicine, and a part of the residency teaching program of Tufts Medical Center. Our MDs qualify for academic appointments at Tufts University School of Medicine. Our division also has longstanding teaching and service relationships with ophthalmology programs in Egypt, Turkey, and El Salvador. The Facility: The Ophthalmology division has four modern and fully equipped offices (Burlington, Peabody, Arlington, Lynnfield, MA) and a state-of-the-art surgical facility in the Peabody hospital.
