Legal Site Supervisor Contract Duration: 10/1/2025 12/26/2025 New York, NY (onsite) Overview: The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at a legal office, supporting copy/print, mail, fax, local court runs, and back-up reception. This role involves direct interaction with legal staff and executive-level clients and supports contract compliance and customer service standards. This is a business casual environment located at 88 Pine Street, 29th Floor, New York, NY 10005. Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations; may work solo or run shifts. Perform copy/print/fax jobs and complex production work. Sort, deliver, and process incoming/outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, etc.). Walk to nearby locations for local court runs.
