Maintenance Tech - 1st shift

Job Summary Under limited supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality. Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed. Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed. Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events. Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand. Perform facility/building project work as assigned. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs. ​Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production. Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions. Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems. This role directly impacts continuity of operations by maintaining equipment uptime, optimizing system performance, and partnering with production teams to deliver professional-grade visual output. KEY DUTIES • Install, configure, and test cameras, monitors, switchers, audio systems, and related video equipment. • Operate video systems for live events, broadcasts, and recordings. • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to meet broadcast color and sound standards. • Provide timely technical support and collaborate with directors, production teams, and technical staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • HS Diploma or GED required. • 5-7 years' experience supporting large-scale or multi-site video operations. • Bachelor’s degree in video production, electrical engineering, or related field preferred. • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting professional video systems and components. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. • Ability to lift, move, and transport video equipment as required. It requires a reasonable combination of the following knowledge and skills; Work with individuals with substance use disorder, ability to use and implement cognitive behavioral therapies and use of community resources and ability to serve as an appropriate role model. Compassion towards people living with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and HIV/AIDS and ability to convey respect to the target populations are critical. Must learn and apply agency, personnel and program policies and procedures. Must have knowledge and understanding of the current treatment modalities. Preference given to those that have the ability to train and supervise other clinical staff and interns. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOR THIS ROLE : The position requires a minimum of a Master’s degree in social work or a related field AND the accompanying certification (CSW, MFT, LCPA) with a preference given to a clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) Preference given to candidates who have completed a practicum working in behavioral health and substance use issues. RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Manage caseload and client needs 2. Work effectively with referral sources. 3. Document services through current, complete records. 4. Counseling on personal, family financial, employment, behavioral, crisis and substance abuse matters. 5. Advise other staff on treatment matters and coordinate team treatment as appropriate. 6. Discuss and review client progress 7. Participate in client review. 8. Maintain a current CPR and First Aid certificate. 9. Participate in weekly clinical supervision. 10. Conduct group and individual sessions daily. 11. Maintain billing requirements. 12. Performance quality improvement (PQI) duties as assigned by supervision & PQI committee.
