LMT Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Perform a wide range of massage and body therapies following milk honey protocols. Deliver exceptional, high-end customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Personify milk honey's Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers. Hours and Compensation: Massage Therapists work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays. 10% commission on sold retail products. Keep 100% of guest gratuity. Treatment rates up to $104, not including gratuity.
