Required Qualifications: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; zero or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience; strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills; commitment to high-quality patient-centered care; passion for mentorship and clinical excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Previous outpatient orthopedic experience; leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience. Additional Information: The clinic serves a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-operative patients, individuals recovering from injury, and those with musculoskeletal, balance, and mobility conditions. Candidate should be comfortable working within a manageable caseload, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits daily.
