Submit formal change order requests with supporting documentation; manage related subcontractor changes. D. Post-Construction Submit formal requests for substantial completion. Conduct job cost audits and performance reviews. Lead post-project analysis and documentation closeouts. Qualifications Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management. Equivalent experience accepted. 5 years of project management experience, including: Coordination with owners, engineers, agency personnel, employees, vendors, and the public.
