Schedule\n Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00). Job Description\n We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Tele/IMC Float Pool. The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic experience and be comfortable floating between Med/Surg and IMC units. This position requires recent and relevant experience with a variety of patient conditions. Responsibilities\n \n Float between Med/Surg and IMC units as needed. \n Provide care for patients with conditions such as acute respiratory distress, septic shock, hypertensive crisis, and myocardial infarction. \n Manage patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6. \n Demonstrate proficiency in monitoring telemetry and managing complex patient care. \n Administer medications and treatments as per protocols. \n Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols, including infection control standards. \n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry experience in a hospital setting. \n Minimum of 2 years of IMC experience. \n Current BLS and ACLS certifications. \n Recent Epic experience is required. \n Flu shot and 2-step PPD are mandatory; no exceptions will be made. \n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
