Maintain indoor and outdoor guest-facing and employee areas including set up and take down of fencing, signage or animation; replenish water stations; shovel walkways and decks; inventory supplies and tools. Keep detailed logs and records of all incidents. Report any unsafe conditions and correct if possible. Operate snowmobiles and other over-snow equipment to transport gear and guests. Perform regular checks and minor repairs on all equipment. Work closely with Vehicle Maintenance to ensure all equipment is kept in best working order. Load, ride, unload, and download surface lifts, chair lifts, or gondolas while assisting small children or transporting equipment. Regularly and safely operate surface lifts. Use radios and phones constantly to communicate with staff and guests around the Resort. Set a positive example for other Resort employees and guests.
