Training Specialist
Job Title: Training Specialist Duration: 06 Months Location: Pomona, CA/Hybrid Pay Rate: $39.13- $40/hr Job Description: Bachelor's Degree in Education, instructional design, business or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Typically possesses four or more years of experience developing and/or delivering training. Demonstrated ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material in an readily understandable manner. Under general supervision of the Training manager, participates in the development, implementation, documentation and evaluation of training; serves as training instructor; provides orientation for supervisory, administrative, professional, direct care, and support staff. Prepares instructional materials and all other duties relating to the training department. Other duties as assigned within the scope of this position. Required Skills/Attributes The role requires strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to effectively manage daily onboarding and access related activities using email, Microsoft Teams, MS Suites, and other enterprise tools. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with hiring managers, IT teams, and key stakeholders is essential to coordinate requests, provide accurate status updates, and resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner. Success in this role depends on effective time management, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests concurrently while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. A customer focused approach is critical when supporting new and existing employees with role assignments, access corrections, and overall system readiness. The position also requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and provisioning issues.
