Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Communicate with customers using our technician video tools and our MPI process. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repairs. ASE Certification is a plus. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with ADAS calibration procedures, vehicle alignment techniques, and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service machinery. Mechanical knowledge of Toyota / Lexus vehicles or similar brands is preferred but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
