Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Previous professional automotive repair experience with the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently. Licensing: Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Tools: Must own professional hand tools (specialty diagnostic tools provided by the dealership where applicable). Physical & Technical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced shop environment, and demonstrate basic computer proficiency for digital inspection systems. Preferred Qualifications Previous dealership technician experience (Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred). Mercedes-Benz Star Certification or ASE Certifications are a plus. Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and a team-oriented mindset. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Details Expected Annual Earnings: $80,000.00 – $200,000.00 Pay Structure: Competitive flat-rate pay plan. Top-performing technicians regularly exceed the advertised earning range based on productivity, efficiency, certifications, and overall performance.
