About the Position The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead NAVFAC Design-Build construction projects in Guam and Hawaii . Manage formal project correspondence and contractual communications in accordance with NAVFAC procedures. Maintain alignment between design scope, schedule, and project budget throughout all phases. Project Controls & Financial Performance Maintain full responsibility for project profit and loss (P&L) performance. Establish and manage the Government-approved baseline schedule. Develop recovery plans and perform time-impact analyses when required. Integrate cost, schedule, and scope controls to support proactive decision-making. Identify and mitigate contractual, technical, and logistical risks. Construction Execution Provide leadership and direction to the Project Superintendent to ensure construction aligns with approved plans, specifications, and milestones. Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and execution of subcontracts and purchase orders. Safety & Quality Oversight Maintain accountability for overall project safety and quality performance. Ensure proper implementation of the Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Contract Quality Control (CQC) Program . Support safety and quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Communication & Coordination Lead project meetings including preparatory, initial, progress, and coordination meetings. Maintain clear communication with Government representatives, project staff, subcontractors, and corporate leadership.
