Receive, review and coordinate contract changes into project delivery. Be intimately and completely knowledgeable of current and future activities in area(s) of responsibility and be able to implement countermeasures to support project schedule. Requirements: Required Qualifications: 1. 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects with emphasis on building construction (greenfield or brownfield) 2. Job Title: Specimen Technician Duration: 4 Months Location: Lewisville, TX 75067 Job Description: SPT I is responsible for general support functions within the Specimen Processing Department. This position requires a data entry background. Functions performed may include but are not limited to A-station, presort, pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory, imaging/microfilming, centrifugation and aliquoting. All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy and in a timely manner. Job is complex and requires that employee have good organization skills and is able to learn and understand specimen types related to test(s) ordered by clients. The SPT I must have the ability learn and understand the compliance regulations related to test ordering which may change daily. This position is critical to quality for customer satisfaction. Additionally, since many changes do occur from day to day, great flexibility on the part of SPT I is required. The SPT I will be exposed to many different demands made by the customer. Majority of SPT I work on the nightshift but based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on call and overtime availability is a requirement. Required: HS diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of computers with a preferred knowledge of laboratory testing and/or laboratory specimen processing. 6 months of experience required. Medical background preferred which includes medical terminology applicable to a clinical laboratory.

Solder and Mechanical Operator Location: Oldsmar, FL Job ID: 72514 Pay Range: $20-25 Position Summary The Solder and Mechanical Operator is responsible for the end?to?end assembly of printed circuit cards, including manual and semi?automatic soldering, mechanical part placement, inspection, and documentation. The role ensures that assembled circuit cards meet all quality, reliability, and safety specifications while adhering to production schedules and Lean manufacturing principles. Key Responsibilities Soldering Operations Perform manual hand-soldering, wave soldering, and reflow processes on circuit boards. Apply solder paste, flux, and alloys according to engineering drawings and IPC standards. Monitor soldering equipment (temperature, conveyor speed, etc.) and make real time adjustments. Mechanical Assembly Install components (mounts, brackets, heat sinks, connectors) using hand tools, torque wrenches, and pneumatic fixtures. Align and secure components to maintain dimensional tolerances. Inspection & Testing Conduct visual and automated optical inspection (AOI) of solder joints and mechanical fit. Perform functional tests (continuity, powerup) and record results. Document nonconformances and initiate corrective actions. Documentation & Traceability Complete work orders, lot tracking sheets, and time studies. Log equipment parameters, material lot numbers, and test results in the MES system. Continuous Improvement Participate in Kaizen events, 5S activities, and root cause analysis. Suggest process improvements to reduce cycle time, scrap, and rework.
