Job Description Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination and documentation Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, project logs, and closeout documents Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements to identify missing information or conflicts Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement tracking, scheduling updates, and field communication Support cost tracking, pay applications, change order documentation, and project forecasting Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward Assist with quality control, safety documentation, punch lists, and project closeout Qualifications 1 years of construction experience through project engineering, field coordination, internships, or related project support Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, or related building projects preferred Understanding of construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and project documentation Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, details, and multiple project priorities Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required Interested in hearing more?
