Maintenance Technician I

This is a unionized position represented by Local 8 of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU). Starting wage is $34.29 an hour. JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician I assists with residential unit turnovers and maintenance repairs in all Plymouth Housing Group buildings. The employee in this position is a member of the Maintenance team which includes Float Janitors and will be expected to work in collaboration with others as well as independently. This position requires that the employee work in occupied and unoccupied units in conditions that may include exposure to pests, needles and bodily fluids.
