Provide hands-on assistance to support departments when needed and time allows. Qualifications 5 years of Tooling experience within a manufacturing environment (Journeyman tool maker or tool making certifications highly preferred). Understanding of scientific injection molding principles. Successful completion of evaluation test and interview process. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and engage team members. Technical aptitude with solid business and organizational know-how.
