Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This may include delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians. As a member of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team, this position participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations. Distribution System Design Supervisor

Description: Job Summary The Distribution System Design Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating the planning, design, and construction of the City's electrical distribution system up to 15kV. The position ensures compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements, and prepares detailed plans, specifications, cost estimates, and documentation for overhead and underground distribution projects. The Supervisor oversees design functions and field operations related to electric distribution and provides leadership to Distribution Designers, Electric Meter Technicians, and Field Service Technicians. At the direction of the classroom teacher, communicates with the student(s)' family, classroom teacher(s), and administration observing confidentiality of student related issues. Accompanies the assigned student(s) upon arrival, at lunch, dismissal, on field trips and to activities outside of the classroom as indicated in the assigned student's IEP or when necessary. Assists related services therapists/teachers as needed throughout therapy sessions. Other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or building administrator. Help patient maintain good personal hygiene, such as:Assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, shaving, skin and nail care, oral hygiene, dressing and eating Thorough completion and coordination of all required documentation, such as:Maintaining and completing the necessary patient/family and Company documentation records upon conclusion of each visit Observe and report significant changes in patient's condition to Supervisor Requirements High school graduate, GED or equivalent of education and training Registration or Certification as required by state law and regulation Current CPR certification Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with aide care and policies and procedures Basic computer skills required Current CPR Certification may be required as stipulated by state or contracting agency Additional state specific requirements: Continuing Education as required by state Preferences Pediatric and adult experience as appropriate for the patient.
