The Practice Mercy Medical Center - Aurora, Illinois STEMI Receiving Center, and Comprehensive Stroke Center. 183-bed facility with a 26-bed Emergency Department. Very diverse patient population with an annual volume of 34,000. 24/7 in-house hospitalists. On-site crisis stabilization unit, inpatient behavioral health hospital, and substance abuse navigators. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
