We are looking for someone who can objectively assess our sales organization, processes, market approach and revenue strategy, identify what is working and what needs to change, and provide the CEO with a clear roadmap for growth. \n The focus is on strategy, diagnosis and recommendations — not managing the sales team or executing the plan. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Assess PTP's current sales process, organization, structure, territories and go-to-market strategy \n Evaluate pipeline generation, prospecting, qualification, conversion, forecasting and account growth \n Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities that may be limiting revenue growth \n Advise the CEO on market segmentation, ICP, sales positioning and new business strategies \n Develop recommendations to improve sales productivity, process consistency and revenue generation \n Evaluate the alignment between sales, recruiting and delivery within the staffing and consulting business \n Establish or refine sales KPIs, metrics and accountability frameworks \n Identify opportunities across IT Staffing, IT Consulting, AI Solutions, Project Services and Global Delivery \n Bring proven sales practices, industry benchmarks and an objective executive perspective to PTP \n Develop a practical 90-day and longer-term sales growth roadmap for leadership to execute \n \n What We're Looking For \n \n 15 years of sales leadership experience \n Significant experience in IT Staffing, IT Consulting, Technology Services, Professional Services or Workforce Solutions \n Previous VP, SVP, CRO, CSO, President or equivalent executive-level experience \n Proven track record of building, optimizing or transforming B2B sales organizations \n Strong understanding of sales strategy, revenue growth, pipeline management, forecasting and sales operations \n Experience advising CEOs, founders or executive leadership teams \n Strategic thinker who can quickly diagnose problems and turn insights into practical recommendations \n Strong understanding of both new-logo acquisition and existing-account growth \n \n Engagement \n \n This is a fractional strategic advisory position working directly with the CEO. The initial engagement is expected to be approximately 3 months, with potential for extension. \n The existing VP of Sales and sales organization will remain responsible for execution.
