Serve as a strategic advisor to ownership, driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across divisions. Oversee ERP implementation, monthly closings, and reporting accuracy. Manage cash flow, audits, tax, compliance, and insurance/bonding programs. Provide leadership to the finance team, support capital planning and M&A activity, oversee inventory control, and handle union relations and audits.
