Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics • Must have knowledge of specifications, drawings, drawing redlines, and other contract-related engineering documents. Understand the concept of inspecting the work product and ensuring compliance with the specifications, drawings, and other contract-related engineering documents. • Understands industry and Government best management practices for heavy civil construction activities. • Presents a professional demeanor, attentive listener, proactive, engage and actively participate in teams, proficient in communication of ideas, technical subjects, concerns, and ability to provide potential solutions. • Has experience in written and oral communication and is able to compose written documentation that is professional, thorough, clear, and precise that requires little to no correction. Strategic Capacity Planning: Work directly with the SVP of Tech to translate product roadmaps into technical requirements. Infrastructure as Code: Drive the adoption of Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs) to standardize deployments across dev, staging, and production. Mentorship & Governance: Provide high-level guidance to engineering squads in India and the US, defining schemas and governance models for BigQuery and Databricks. Mandatory Requirements Expert-Level Databricks: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Databricks ecosystem (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Photon).
