We are seeking qualified candidates that are detail-oriented and experienced in Construction Surveying to join our team. This role is critical to ensure that structures, utilities, and site features are built according to design specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working on active construction sites and be proficient with modern survey equipment and software. Qualified candidates must be able to perform all duties listed below safely and follow all of the company’s safety procedures. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Perform construction layout for foundations, utilities, roads, and other site features. Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control points. Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate field implementation. Operate total stations, GPS, and robotic instruments for layout and data collection. Maintain detailed field notes and records of survey activities. Assist with as-built surveys and quantity verification.
