Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences Job Description: The Senior Project Manager’s role is to effectively manage both small and large scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all of the duties performed by the Project Manager as well as the following: Responsibilities: Maintains adherence to HITT’s standards of safety Ensures the all job processes are followed in accordance with HITT policies Negotiates terms and conditions of contracts with clients Monitors the progress of each project through updated schedules Ensures that the project Quality Control Plan is followed Assists that project staff in resolving scope problems with subcontractors Ensures proper assignment and evaluation of field personnel both within the project team and throughout the company Identifies and negotiates time extensions where justified and allowed Acquires new work as well as maintaining existing clients Maintains positive relationships with the subcontractor community Ensures timely completion of closeout process Leads the preconstruction and RFP package effort with the help of the Preconstruction Department and/or other company resources Delegates responsibility when necessary to ensure that the project/tasks run smoothly Qualifications: 10 years of experience with a commercial general contractor A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred. In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable. Project Administrator Summary The Project Administrator acts as a liaison between the project operations and the divisional support team. This position is responsible for supporting and helping the project manager in many ways. The Project Administrator helps drive a project's success through prioritizing activities and proactive communication. Pay Rate: $23 / Per Hour Full Time: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday Job Duties Liaison for project operations and serves as the primary resource for hourly employees assigned to the project. Act as liaison between Hourly Employees and the Project Office. Manages job openings and is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for the account. Is the primary support resource for successful hiring, onboarding, and staffing Assist the People Operations department with updating all employee files and assist/support in other areas as it relates to the organization and state law rules and regulations. Assist hourly direct hire employees with access to the employee self-serve. Manage daily timekeeping as needed Prepare and process all background screenings, I-9 verifications, new hires, rehires, re-classifications, payroll changes, and termination paperwork for hourly employees.
