Basic Job Functions: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant machinery and equipment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyze machinery and equipment issues, disassemble, replace or repair parts, and reassemble for optimal functionality. • Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to assigned helpers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. • Technical Proficiency: Utilize prints, drawings, and verbal instructions to execute maintenance tasks with precision and accuracy. • Repair: Respond to work orders, diagnose machinery problems, and perform necessary electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. • Collaboration: Collaborate with supervision to identify needs for tooling and machining operations. • Installation of Equipment: Install new equipment, run wiring, establish distribution boxes, and ensure proper equipment alignment to meet operational requirements. • Equipment Familiarity: Familiarize yourself with equipment installed under contractual services and ensure compliance with maintenance protocols. • Plumbing and Electrical Maintenance: Conduct minor plumbing repairs and normal electrical maintenance on electronic equipment, escalating complex issues to supervision when necessary. • Tool Utilization: Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including grinders, drill presses, and electrical gauges, to perform maintenance tasks. • Material Handling: Safely operate material handling devices to transport materials to and from work locations. • Reporting and Communication: Identify and report any improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, or unusual conditions to supervision. • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. • Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance operations and monitor stock supplies, notifying supervision of low or out-of-stock conditions. • PLC Troubleshooting: Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and programming PLCs to ensure optimal equipment performance, including experience with machine PLCs and automation. • Adherence to Safety Policies: Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum Requirements: • Demonstrated mechanical ability and knowledge to service onsite machinery and equipment. • Electrical knowledge (trouble shooting, install and repair). • At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar position. • Must be comfortable working at heights up to 50ft. Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in programming PLCs. • Degree or Certificate from an Industrial Maintenance Program. • NEC Electrical Standards Knowledge. • Ability to troubleshoot PLCs. • Experience with the implementation and maintenance of automation equipment and robotics. Surgical Technician - Endoscopy

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION The Surgical Technician prepares and maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares and maintains a clean field during endoscopy procedures. Passes instruments to the surgeon/endoscopist and performs basic level assisting duties. Duty 4: Utilizes supplies in a cost effective manner and actively participates in the daily ordering and stocking of equipment and supplies. Duty 7: Capable of patient identification, documenting patient care, and completing charges in the role of a second circulator. RN Charge Nurse -FT-Night Shift - $3000.00 Sign On Bonus

The Charge Nurse is responsible for the clinical supervision and hospital operations during assigned shift. Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates the clinical and operational functions of the unit to ensure quality, cost effective health care is provided by and educated and competent staff; Provide care for the Adult or Geriatric patient, ages 18 years and over. Demonstrates and understands the importance of and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each patient in all interactions. Coordinates the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Ensures that unit operations and employees are in compliance with the Nursing Practice Act, standard of care, regulatory agency standards, and policies and procedures. Organizes and coordinates all nursing unit functions to provide for a smooth, cost effective operation. Delegates effectively and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes. Accepts responsibility and accountability for clinical care. Serves as a role model in all aspects of job performance and human relations skills. Demonstrates competence in the application of principles of management. Assumes responsibility in the recruitment and retention of qualified personnel. Responsible for conducting annual evaluations of the assigned staff. Responsible for staff performance issues are addressed. Allocates resources to meet unit needs. Promotes staff development through education, performance evaluation, and identification of mutual goals that enhance continued professional growth. Performs nursing care, assists with treatments, therapies, procedures, and administers medications as necessary. Demonstrates and promotes evidence based practice. Provides and assesses effectiveness of patient and family education. Participates with performance improvement activities to improve quality of nursing care, promote patient outcomes and provide a cost effective environment for patient care. Facilitates staff nurse participation in quality improvement, committee and governance activities. Collects, analyzes and utilizes data for improved clinical outcomes. Assists in development of policies, procedures and standards reflective of current practice / literature. Adheres to all components of the Hospital Compliance Plan in performing job duties and reports any violations or suspected violations of the Plan to the Compliance Officer. Participates in the orientation of new personnel. Demonstrates professional conduct and complies with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Adheres to hospital attendance policy. Complies with measures for preventing exposure to blood borne pathogens. Participates in the Hazardous Material Program; hazards include exposure to blood and body fluids, possible communicable diseases, sharp objects and instruments, assorted chemicals and gasses as listed in the Hazardous Materials Program Manual. Complies with established Safety and Patient Safety Program practices. Performs other incidental and related duties, as required and/or assigned. Develops an understanding of responsibilities for recognizing patient abuse and follows policy for making appropriate referrals/interventions. Develops an understanding of responsibilities for participation in Performance Improvement activities and participates in such activities. Limits access to protected health information (PHI) to the information reasonably necessary to do the job, and shares such information only on a need-to-know basis for work purposes. (Access to verbal, written and electronic PHI for this job has been determined based on job level and job responsibility within the organization. Computerized access to PHI for this job has been determined as described above and is controlled via user ID and password. NIGHT SHIFT 5:45PM-6AM and DAY SHIFT 5:45AM-6PM Block Scheduling, know your schedule months in advance. Eight days off in a row every 6 week schedule. Only work one weekend Shift a month. $3000.00 Sign On Bonus for new hire Qualifications: Current RN license to practice in Kentucky BLS and ACLS is required Experience working in an acute care environment required, critical care experience preferred.
