Access, input, and retrieve prescriptions and medical/lab information from computer system. Verify whether medication is reimbursable, and resolve rejected claims. Process prescription refills and interpret supply needs as related to various therapies. Resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information is provided. Follow all State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality code of ethics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word for documentation, data tracking, reporting, and interdisciplinary communication.
