Position Overview: The Controller will manage all aspects of accounting and finance, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective internal controls. This role will report directly to the CFO and play a key strategic role in financial decision-making, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and capital expenditure tracking Collaborate with operational teams to monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and other external reporting requirements Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members Drive process improvements and ERP system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience in the aviation industry or related aerospace/manufacturing sector is highly desirable Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Work Environment: Fully onsite in Houston, TX Collaborative, high-performing team environment Hands-on role with direct impact on company performance What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Professional development opportunities Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing aviation organization Interested in hearing more? Overview Psychiatrist-Medical Director, (BC/BE) Chesapeake, VA Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is excited to be partnering with Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in opening a NEW 20-bed adult behavioral program located in Chesapeake, VA. The Psychiatrist/Medical Director will provide clinical and administrative leadership to a team of mission-minded psychiatrists, advanced practice clinicians, as well as a robust support staff including social workers, psychiatric nurses, mental health techs and other valued team members. Position is a combination of both clinical and administrative responsibilities. Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills required; prior Medical Director experience is preferred but not required for this position. The Medical Director will be responsible for all aspects of psychiatric services including growth, quality, and service education. This is a NEW general adult psychiatric unit, staffed with additional psychiatrists and mid-level providers. Requirements/Qualifications Qualifications: MD/DO, unencumbered license in Virginia as a BC/BE Adult Psychiatrist or able to obtain licensure before start date.
