Has primary responsibility for the direction of the workforce to achieve all safety, quality and operational goals as set forth by facility management. Production Superintendent will manage in a fresh plant environment managing all aspects of processing area, utilizing knowledge of processing technology, processing methods, procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment.
