This role is critical in ensuring our specialized vial-filling systems meet performance and quality standards before shipment. Document all test results, defects, and repairs. Troubleshooting & Repair: Use electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and multimeters to diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software failures. Software Configuration: Load software, execute firmware updates, and configure machine settings based on specific customer requirements. Production Support: Collaborate with leadership to meet shipping schedules, maintain a safe work environment, and provide feedback on process improvements. Documentation: Accurately record all work in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs). MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION TEST TECHNICIAN (ELECTROMECHANICAL TECH) | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) | Associate’s Degree (AAS) in a technical field is preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Familiarity with computer hardware basics (e.g., identifying IP addresses, changing boot orders, using command prompts).
