Position Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Cable Technician to support the buildout and assembly of IT hardware environments. This individual will assist with the installation, organization, and connection of cabling across various technology systems - including servers, networking hardware, and computer equipment. The primary focus of this role is to ensure hardware components are assembled correctly and cabling is installed according to documented specifications for operational efficiency and system reliability. Responsibilities Review and verify cable identification labels to ensure proper installation and routing accuracy. Job Summary The Service Center Representative processes medical claims and communicates with providers about the claims process. The position is responsible for daily claims management and is recognized as a general technical expert in the health benefits program. The Service Center Representative expedites the claims process and provides detailed claim notes on all calls; as well as resolves issues and directs calls to an appropriate escalation path as needed.
