The ideal candidate holds a technical bachelor’s degree and has at least three years of FPGA or ASIC verification experience using UVM or UVMF in high-assurance environments. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience in ASIC/FPGA verification, proficiency with Linux-based development workflows and version control tools, and familiarity with DO-254, cybersecurity-driven development processes, avionics systems, and requirements management tools such as DOORS. Experience generating verification documentation and supporting traceability for safety-critical FPGA programs is also highly valued. Key Responsibilities · Perform UVM Advance Verification on single or multi-FPGA programs working on small or large teams consisting of other FPGA designers, verification engineers, and project engineers. · Support FPGA development projects requiring early proof of concept designs as well as high assurance / safety critical FPGA development programs requiring very high reliability FPGA performance. · Collaborate with system engineers, hardware engineers, software engineers, and FPGA engineers to fully understand system requirements and derived requirements flow down to architect a complete verification solution that fully verifies the FPGA designs. · Drive robustness and rigor into early adopter technology solutions that lack sufficient level of verification for use in high assurance / safety critical Avionics solutions. · Engage as needed during system, software, hardware, and FPGA lab integration to replicate unique conditions that produce unexpected behavior. Working in collaborative group environment, we manufacture high quality custom oligonucleotide Products in a high efficiency, fast paced setting. These manufactured oligos are used in a variety of applications including helping perform genetic research, diagnose disease and help with food supply. What will you do? You work with a team to Manufacture Custom Oligonucleotide Products for use in the biotech industry by following established protocols and SOP’s. The team uses semi-automated and automated basic lab equipment. Regularly evaluate non-routine test results and either fail the product or allow it to continue through the production cycle. · Highly repetitive tasks for prolonged periods of time. · Understand scientific principles to solve problems, troubleshoot test results, evaluate alternative choices and exercise independent judgment in selecting the best solution. Provide multiple decision options and corresponding logic/data behind the decisions. Proactively identifies production problems. · Provides input and shares ideas and suggestions about improving lab techniques, protocols, processes, special handling of the product and equipment. · Balance multiple tasks. Demonstrate knowledge in the use of basic lab techniques and basic computer knowledge. Demonstrate ability to meet standards as defined by the manufacturing process. · Thoroughly and accurately complete documentation (completion of Batch Records, document data verifications, document problems, bring deviations to the attention of the Supervisor/Manager). · Continuously strive to improve output goals. Demonstrate good time management resulting in efficiency. Support cost improvement initiatives by reducing failures, improving capacity and using supplies wisely. Reduce work in process, queues and cycle times. · Advise appropriate people about problems/questions; be prepared to discuss problems/questions clearly. Work in a safe manner. Work with team members to overcome obstacles. Collaborate, support and consult with other team members as necessary. Give and receive feedback about individual and group performance · May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
