We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Support Coordinator supporting the Off-Price retail channel. The successful candidate is exceptional in Excel based math, problem solving, is analytical, able to multi-task, a team player, self-motivated, well organized, and able to thrive in fast paced scenarios. General Responsibilities Support sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals within categories across Ross Dress for Less stores. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to negotiate pricing, terms, and product assortments that align with market trends. Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement plans to drive profitability. Work inter-departmentally to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain stock levels that meet customer demand. Collaborate on the selection and management of product assortment, ensuring alignment with consumer trends, seasonal demand, and store needs. Use data and customer feedback to inform product development, merchandising decisions, and sales strategies. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Daily Responsibilities Order Processing: Review orders for data accuracy within same business day. Liaise with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and delivery. Communicate any discrepancies or delays to appropriate individuals/departments. Product Development: Complete Merchandising Request Forms for new items to be developed including sourcing, packaging as well as any changes/updates to existing items. New Item set up requests. Preparing our Sales Directors for meetings with customers: Generate customer quote sheets and presentations for both internal and external use. Provide our Sales Team with all selling material, price sheets, presentations, and samples necessary for customer meetings. Follow up for customer meetings: Review the Sales Directors meeting notes to determine next steps and individuals and / or departments needed to help complete those projects. Includes but not limited to vendor / item setup forms for both the customer and internally, finalize pricing, obtain forecasts, and collecting/reviewing vendor routing and compliance guides. Creating and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets: Must be comfortable creating Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables, formulas, multiple tabs connected by formulas, etc. Education, Experience & Qualifications 2-3 years' experience in a sales support roll Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to inform decision-making. Driven, self-motivated, understands sense of urgency, and able to multi-task all while still maintaining accuracy and staying well organized. Understands the need for cross communication between different teams. Is a team player, willing to jump in where help might be needed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Experience with the off-price retail sector. This position is required to be in the Boca Raton, Florida Headquarters. 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Relocation is not offered.
