The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing structural welding and metalwork repairs on damaged intermodal containers (dry vans, reefers, tanks, etc.) to ensure they meet ISO and IICL standards. This role is essential to ensuring container integrity, safety, and compliance with offshore logistics and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform welding repairs (MIG, TIG, arc) on steel and aluminum container units, frames, doors, floors, and corner castings. Conduct structural repairs and modifications in accordance with IICL, ISO, and depot repair standards. Use cutting torches, grinders, and other fabrication tools to remove damaged parts and prepare surfaces for welding.
