About the Company Our client is an established, family-owned heavy civil and environmental contractor headquartered in the Athens, Georgia area with approximately $300 million in annual revenue. The company specializes in complex self-perform earthwork and environmental construction, including coal combustion residuals (CCR) projects, ash pond closures, ash excavation, and landfill cell construction and closures. With a large owned equipment fleet and a strong reputation across the Southeast, the company is expanding into additional heavy civil and data center site work. About the Position Our client is seeking Project Managers at the APM, PM, and Senior PM levels to lead large-scale heavy civil and environmental projects throughout the Southeast. Two positions are currently available. The ideal candidate will have experience managing major earthwork, environmental, underground utility, paving, or other heavy civil projects. Direct CCR experience is highly desirable, but strong heavy civil Project Managers without CCR experience will be considered and trained in the specialized aspects of the work. Projects range from $20 million to $250 million and include: CCR / coal ash projects: Ash pond closures, ash excavation, and regulatory compliance work, often lasting 2–8 years Landfill projects: Cell construction and closures, typically lasting 4–12 months Heavy civil/site development: Large-scale earthwork and expanding data center site work The Project Manager will have full ownership of project delivery from mobilization through closeout, working closely with field leadership, clients, and the VP of Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage project schedules, budgets, cost control, billing, change orders, and overall financial performance Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 Lead project teams including Superintendents, Foremen, equipment operators, and other field personnel Oversee large-scale earthmoving and environmental construction operations Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and clients Manage owner document control, compliance requirements, reporting, and project documentation Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate mobilization, execution, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and project closeout Maintain a significant on-site presence, particularly on long-term power plant projects Partner directly with the VP of Operations on project strategy and execution Help develop and strengthen the company's growing Project Management team This is an opportunity to take ownership of some of the company's largest and most complex projects while helping shape the next stage of its growth. Your role at Vantive The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base, as well as, kidney dialysis centers. Home patient visits consist of delivering dialysis solution, rotation of stock, and order accuracy assurance with occasional order pick-ups and returns. Schedule: 4 day work week (5am-3pm/6am-4pm); 1-2 overnight per week (hotel and meal per diem provided) and weekends off.
