Eye Surgery Center OSIS Surgical Services Peri-Op Program The Perioperative Program is a 6-month training program designed for nurses who have no operating room experience. The majority of training is conducted on the day shift with one rotation on the night shift. The program consists of classroom didactics and on the job training with preceptors in the different service specialties. In each specialty service rotation, the perioperative trainee will learn about the equipment, supplies, and instruments specific to the service. Department: Outpatient Treatment Ctr This position is in the Medicine Specialties Outpatient Treatment Center (OTC) which is the infusion clinic for UNMH. In this clinic, non-cancer patients are given infusions of medications to treat Autoimmune diseases, transplant rejection, low iron, etc. This is a busy, hands on clinic. Knowledge/Skills with placing IVs, PICC and central lines is helpful but not necessary. This position will include cross-training to the Outpatient Antibiotic clinic as well. We are open 7 days/week so one weekend per month may be required. Assistant General Counsel – Commercial Legal Based in St. Petersburg, FL Jabil is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated attorney to join our Commercial Legal team as an Assistant General Counsel . This role encompasses leading complex commercial transactions and customer engagements related to Jabil product offerings and contract manufacturing and solutions businesses. The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting and negotiating product development, commercialization, sophisticated manufacturing and supply agreements, and other service and maintenance agreements. Working closely with business partners as their primary point of legal support and the senior management team of Jabil’s Commercial Legal team, this attorney will: Serve as lead counsel supporting business units across the full product and/or services lifecycle, from concept and development through commercialization and post-market activities. Act as lead counsel on services transactions and strategic commercial engagements. The role will also support merger and acquisitions - related activities. What will you do?
