Job Requirements Job Summary Under limited supervision, leads, plans, and provides educational programs based on the individual needs of the patients and families. This role provides Diabetes Self-Management training (DSMT) and/or Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for individuals with diabetes in both group and individual settings. The role collects, coordinates, and maintains the documentation for Diabetes Self-Management Education Outpatient Program and/or for the Self-Management Education Inpatient Program. Ensures safety and security in the storage and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals. Adheres to Joint Commission, State, Federal and departmental regulatory compliance standards. Work Experience Education Graduation with a certificate or advanced degree in radiation therapy or nuclear medicine from a program accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education (USDE) or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
