Responsibilities Provide nursing and medical services to clients Provide education regarding prescribed treatment Document in the progress notes the provision of care and the clinical and behavioral observations of clients Administer and document medications, adhering to state and program guidelines Provide first aid and emergency medical care as needed, following program guidelines Transcribe provider orders, following program protocols Measure and document client vital signs Other duties within the scope of practice as outlined by the Washington State Board of Nursing Attend all mandatory meetings Maintain licensure, certification and other requirements for the position. Observe and assess clients in terms of therapeutic response to medication and the nursing care plan. Assist clients with activities of daily living as appropriate Assist in monitoring and documenting medical supplies, floor stock, and pharmacy communication. Assist in all aspects of the laboratory specimen, collection and throughput. Adhere to program’s infection control policy and protocols. Plan and lead educational and information groups for clients as assigned. Work to ensure effective communication among team members during and between shifts. Coordinate with school and staff regarding outside medical appointments and activities. Transport and attend medical appointments with residents Work with team members to create and contribute to a positive learning environment for all. Qualifications Valid WA State Licensed Practical Nurse, or multi-state or compact licensure One year work experience preferred Experience or knowledge of psychotropic medications Current CPR certification preferred (can be completed upon hire) If role requires driving, must have valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and working vehicle. Job Description Job Description The Electronic Technician will work directly with Manufacturing and Quality to isolate and resolve product issues, test equipment and process related failures. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot Printed Circuit Board Assemblies to the component level using schematics and standard electronic tools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform failure analysis and fault isolation to the component level. Repair/Update production assemblies as needed; document non-conforming materials. Assist in deployment of test equipment, fixtures and systems into production. Work from schematics, system diagrams, written and verbal instructions to perform testing, troubleshooting, and other tasks. Perform component level repairs SMT and Through Hole technologies. Develop, write, peer review and update test procedures. Must have great work ethic and be detail oriented. Perform any and all other duties as directed. Minimum Requirements Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Electronics training or experience equivalent to two years technical trade school or military technical school (Associates degree preferred). 2 years of direct manufacturing support experience including, problem solving and root cause analysis. Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and issue tracking database tools (JIRA is a plus). Equipment Used : Uses normal and specialized test or diagnostic equipment, including oscilloscopes, DVM, signal generators and similar test apparatus; hand tools and soldering irons; computers and software. Uses standard office equipment including Telephone, Computer, Calculator, Copier, Fax, Scanner. Ability to work with a microscope.
