As a Machine Operator / Assistant, you'll play a key role in our full line manufacturing operation. Based on your experience, you may support various positions across the facility while helping drive productivity and meet customer commitments. What you need to succeed: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting or individually depending on the assigned position. 2-3 years proven and consistent work background Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift environment as well as up to 4 hours overtime either before or after scheduled shift up to 12 hours. (both daily and/or weekend) Consistent and dependable attendance Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/Fall. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing process Ability to perform repetitive motions, involving lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
