Customer Communication Provide daily shipment updates, proactively communicate exceptions, and resolve issues quickly. Develop trusted relationships with customers, offering consistent follow-up and transparent reporting. Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through improved service and additional lane coverage. Carrier Management Source and maintain reliable carrier relationships specializing in drayage and intermodal. We will help with the sourcing or covering in most/all cases. Ensure carriers meet Amnex compliance standards (insurance, safety, RMIS onboarding, etc.). Negotiate rates that balance service quality and margin protection. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with internal sales, dispatch, and leadership teams to improve operations. Contribute insights on port congestion, chassis availability, fuel impacts, and rate trends. Support new account onboarding and SOP documentation. Qualifications 2 years of experience in drayage, intermodal, or container logistics . Strong understanding of port/rail operations, steamship line systems, and terminal processes . Proven ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with TMS platforms (Turvo preferred) and carrier vetting tools (RMIS, Carrier411, SaferWatch). Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Perform quality inspections using blueprints and precision measuring tools. Maintain production efficiency and complete tasks according to schedules. Ability to pass basic math and measuring assessments. Familiarity with PC navigation, scanning, and data entry. Skilled in using precision measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, dial indicators, scales, protractors, etc.). Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask. We work on everything from daily drivers to fully built off-road rigs. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated technician with strong skills in fabrication, suspension installation, and drivetrain work. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing 6–8 inch lift kits, performing regearing, and servicing differentials. Key Responsibilities Perform custom fabrication (welding, cutting, fitting components) Install 6–8 inch lift kits on trucks and SUVs Perform axle regearing (ring & pinion setup) Diagnose and repair differentials (front & rear) Perform differential services (fluid changes, rebuilds, bearing replacement) Install suspension components, steering upgrades, and drivetrain parts Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs/upgrades Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in off-road, suspension, or drivetrain work Strong knowledge of lift kits, axle geometry, and suspension systems Experience with gear setup (backlash, preload, pattern reading) preferred Fabrication and welding experience (MIG required, TIG a plus) Ability to use shop equipment (press, torch, grinders, etc.) Valid driver’s license Own tools preferred Preferred Skills Experience with 4x4 builds and off-road vehicles Knowledge of brands like Fox, King, Bilstein, etc. Ability to diagnose driveline vibrations and noise Alignment knowledge is a plus \nCompany Description Gresham 4 Wheel Drive proudly provides your Jeep, Truck, SUV, 4×4 or Diesel with installation, service and maintenance you can trust. Lead daily shift meetings, communicate goals, and provide regular feedback to team members. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and product quality. Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or resources as needed to meet deadlines and customer requirements. Utilize ERP systems and digital tools to track production data, manage work orders, and maintain accurate records of labor and material usage. Identify and resolve production issues, escalating complex problems to management as necessary. Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, employee performance, and training activities, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs). Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices. Enforce housekeeping standards and promote a culture of safety and accountability. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in manufacturing, engineering technology, or related field preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments. Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining accurate records, including training, HR, and production documentation. Proficient in using computers and software systems such as Microsoft Office. Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to manage production schedules, inventory, and labor reporting is strongly preferred. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies preferred. Experience working in ISO-certified facilities (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) with an understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards preferred.
