The Value of Working with Us 12 shifts per month 12-hour shifts, 7 a.m. 7 p.m. Open ICU Critical Access Hospital Group includes both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers creating a collaborative, supportive, and collegial work environment Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program H1-B Visa candidates supported O1/J1 Visa candidates considered Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Compensation is between $300,000 and $340,000 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
