About the Position We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Senior Vice President of Multifamily Construction to lead one of the company's fastest-growing business units in Tampa, FL . This executive will be responsible for directing all aspects of multifamily construction operations, overseeing multiple regional teams, and developing the operational infrastructure needed to support continued geographic expansion. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the SVP will provide strategic oversight while maintaining accountability for operational performance, financial results, client satisfaction, and leadership development.
