Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Physical Therapist \n Discipline: Therapy \n Start Date: 09/28/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 40 hours per week \n Shift: 8 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n About the Opportunity \n We are seeking a Skilled Nursing Physical Therapist (PT) to join a quality-driven SNF focused on restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life for short-term rehab and long-term care patients. \n This role is ideal for clinicians who value 1:1 patient care , interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful functional outcomes. New Grad PTs welcome with mentorship available. \n What You’ll Do \n \n Evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery \n Develop and update individualized plans of care (POC) \n Provide 1:1 skilled therapy to primarily Medicare patients \n Collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP, and rehab leadership \n Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries \n Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and recovery \n \n Qualifications \n \n Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy \n Active (or pending) state PT license \n SNF experience preferred, not required \n Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills \n \n Compensation & Benefits \n \n Competitive weekly pay \n Guaranteed hours \n First-day medical, dental, and vision benefits \n Housing stipend (travel roles) \n License reimbursement & relocation assistance \n $1,200 CEU allowance \n 401(k), disability, life insurance \n Weekly direct deposit \n \n \n Critical Connection, inc Job ID 18999024.
